Resume Screening
A resume of a potential candidate is added to the internal Candidates Database and reviewed by responsible persons.
Testing
Candidate should complete Written English skills Test, Quick Thinking Test and up to 3 Technical Compliance Tests based on the vacancy requirements.
Interview
Candidate’s personal and technical skills are tested; job contract details as well as other work conditions are discussed.
Reference Check
References provided by Candidate are verified.
Final Decision
Decision is made within 3-10 business days.
