The team leading Softheme’s operations is the highly competent and experienced group of managing partners having over four decades of combined IT industry experience. Top management of the company is built up of the following leaders:

• Chief Executive Officer,
• Chief Operating Officer,
• Technology Director, and
• Quality Assurance (QA) Director.

Each of Softheme’s executives is the real professional in his/her area of responsibilities:

• CEO – manages finance, contracts and business development operations of the company;
• COO – responsible for leading day-to-day internal company operations;
• Technical Director – oversees development process, projects’ execution, and technical expertise;
• QA Director – monitors projects’ quality and their compliance with client requirements and business standards.

Jointly, the members of the top leadership team create the core that manages all the internal and external processes and operations of Softheme.

Mr. Sharko has over 15 years of experience in developing software and managing software outsourcing companies. He co-founded Softheme in 2006 with mission to create a successful company providing high-end software solutions at competitive prices integrating latest technology and utilizing profound IT knowledge and experience. In his role as CEO, he is the warrantor that overall company operations are 100% effective and efficient. Since Softheme’s inception, Mr. Sharko has established stable relationships with European and American software development firms and has been decisive in signing a number of contracts that anticipate providing outsourcing software development services to the foreign companies.

Prior to founding Softheme, Mr. Sharko has received invaluable experience of managing Ukrainian outsourcing software development centers with international capital acting as the Director and Center Lead. Under his direction, relationships with a number of the US, Western European, Ukrainian government, and commercial companies were established. Before leading the development centers, Mr. Sharko added successful track record to his career working as Project Manager, Technical Lead, Software Architect, and Senior Software Engineer.

Vadim Sharko holds a degree in Computer Engineering from one of Kiev’s leading technical universities. He is also a Certified Specialist of Lotus Development Corporation in application development. His main interests are tennis and karate.

Ms. Tsulaia brings over 10 years of experience in software outsourcing projects management and software development. Together with Mr. Sharko, Irina co-founded Softheme with the idea to create a company engineering cost-effective and innovative software solutions and to become the leader in software outsourcing services. As the COO of the company, she is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Softheme and guarantees the full capacity of internal company mechanisms.

Prior to co-founding Softheme, Ms. Tsulaia worked for an international company, provider of IT outsourcing services. During the period starting from 1999 till 2003, she worked in numerous software development and digital production projects as Software Engineer, Quality Assurance Specialist, Technical Writer, and Support Engineer.

Irina Tsulaia holds a degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University “Kiev Polytechnic Institute”, one of Ukraine’s leading technical education institutions. Her main hobbies are tennis, traveling, and graphic design.

Mr. Nurgudin has over 12 years of experience in the IT area as a Software Developer, Software Architect, Team Lead, and Project Manager. As the Technical Director of Softheme, Rustam is responsible for leading the company to the software engineering elite through expanding the firm’s skill set with the latest technologies and integrating them into the most innovative and creative solutions. By managing development process, projects’ execution, and technical expertise, Mr. Nurgudin proves this goal to be achievable for the company.

Prior to joining Softheme, Mr. Nurgudin was the Senior Software Engineer, Team Leader and Project Manager in numerous Ukrainian software development companies working on full cycle software development projects mainly related to analytical and automated solutions.

Rustam Nurgudin holds Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University “Kiev Polytechnic Institute”, one of Ukraine’s leading technical education institutions. He is also the IBM Certified Specialist and Solutions Expert. His main interests are cars and aircrafts.

Mrs. Tokarieva brings over 5 years of experience in applications testing, technical writing, and quality assurance operations. She joined Softheme as the QA Director with the mission to bring company’s quality standards to the highest level and provide customers with services and solutions only of supreme quality.

Prior to Softheme, Katerina worked as the tester and technical writer for 2 years for an international company specializing in IT outsourcing services. In 2005 she started working at the position of the QA Director.

Katerina Tokareva holds Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University “Kiev Polytechnic Institute”, one of Ukraine’s leading technical education institutions. Her main hobbies are traveling, reading, and cars.
