Irina Tsulaia

Ms. Tsulaia brings over 10 years of experience in software outsourcing projects management and software development. As the COO of the company, she is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Softheme and guarantees the full capacity of internal company mechanisms.

Prior to co-founding Softheme, Ms. Tsulaia was a Software Project Manager for an international company, provider of software outsourcing services. Ms. Tsulaia holds a degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University “Kiev Polytechnic Institute”, one of Ukraine’s leading technical education institutions.
