Vadim Sharko

Mr. Sharko has over 15 years of experience in software development and management of software outsourcing companies. In his role as CEO, he is the warrantor of the company operations efficiency. Since Softheme’s inception, Mr. Sharko has established stable relations with European and North American software companies and has been decisive in signing a number of software outsourcing contracts.

Prior to founding Softheme, Mr. Sharko has gained experience of managing Ukrainian outsourcing software development centers with international capital. Mr. Sharko holds a degree in Computer Engineering from one of Kiev’s leading technical universities.
