Project management standards

Softheme Project Managers are the members of Project Management Institute. They follow generally accepted project management practices that are based on a PMBOK Guide, an internationally recognized standard (IEEE Std 1490-2003) that provides the fundamentals of project management applied to a wide range of projects, including software, engineering, etc.

The PMBOK Guide is process-based, meaning it describes work as being accomplished by processes. This approach is consistent with other management standards such as ISO 9000 and the Software Engineering Institute’s CMMI.

We extensively utilize Task Management tools in managing projects and watch all the latest products in this field, since new interesting solutions regularly hit the market, e.g., Me2Team, web and mobile Project Management Software.
