Applying standards
For us it is important to provide our customers with approaches that work and bring their business to a new level. We never stop researching industry suggestions, studying best practices, applying new and existing standards – all to deliver best-of-breed services.
Our standardized processes are set up as follows:
- Senior-level analysts review multiple sources to identify needs and approaches applicable to our specific environment taking lessons learned into account.
- The initial set of sources undergoes screening procedure resulting in a list of recommendations.
- The recommendations are distributed among parties involved in the process, reviewed and finalized. Decision on tools that can be used is taken.
- The final release of the process description with examples and explanations is distributed among the staff. Necessary training is conducted.
- Responsible person monitors the process implementation and its life cycle. Ongoing minor improvements are implemented. Training is provided on as-needed basis.
