Setting up a team

After the financial plan is approved we will begin setting up the Dedicated Team. At this stage Softheme’s administrative personnel, HR and Technical Support departments will all be involved and the following will occur on schedule:

• Sign the Master Service Agreement
• Locate desired office space
• Set up telecommunications
• Set up office infrastructure and workspace
• Configure computers and set up the local network
• Agree on reporting format
• Agree on communication standards
• Plan staffing
