Informational product support

Our informational product support includes the following activities:

  • Researching web, identifying list of resources to post the information (tech forums, journals, blogs, magazines). Initial parameters for selecting resources should be agreed upon (geography, business domain, target audience).
  • Result: list of approved resources.
  • Getting list of competitors and features they are marketing via informational resources.
  • Result: a list of competitors, informational resources they use to publish info.
  • Writing and posting articles that start or continue topics that advertise the proposition on various Internet resources. Logging the activity and responses.
  • Result: set of links to the posts. Log of posting activity (resource, date/time, credentials).
  • Processing responses and questions. Time of reaction should not exceed 24 hours (work week).
  • Result: activity log (resource, text we published, questions / comment to the text, reaction (personal answer, public comment / clarification, etc.)
