Usability testing
Our usability testing service is aimed to navigate the web application as a real user would to identify usability problems. The key is to have a clear understanding of the target users and their goals in using the application.
Usability testing generally involves evaluating user response in these four areas:
- Performance - Time length and steps quantity required for people to complete basic tasks.
- Accuracy – Number of mistakes people made to complete these tasks.
- Recall - How much the person remembers after periods of non-use.
- Emotional response – The person’s feelings/impressions about the tasks completed.
We believe testing must adopt a user perspective. Designing models to simulate real-world scenarios is a part of our e-commerce testing. We also tend to automate scenarios and make them reusable to provide a solid basis for regression testing.
